Refund Processing
All payments are processed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page or by contacting us at support@arkyvion.com. After cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
